The challenge
The community already had useful surveillance equipment, but the supporting servers, network links, and management model needed to be modernized. Several locations were separated by distance or terrain. Some required wireless connectivity; one remote camera location needed hybrid solar power. Meanwhile, the main gate, dockside pavilion, clubhouse, Harbor Point, and pro shop each had separate entry or alarm requirements.
The real challenge was not installing a single camera or lock. It was creating a supportable system across the entire property without forcing the HOA to replace every usable component at once.
